How to invest on erable° ?

Erable° presents you with a full guide, step-by-step, on how to invest on our application! Whether you're an expert in DeFi or not, this document is here to usher you and help you invest in making this world a better place. In this article, we'll explain :
How to invest on erable° ?

Investing on Erable°.

1- Log in:

Connect to the Erable° application through one of the two proposed choices:

  • The email option is recommended in case of medium to low knowledge of blockchain and crypto-money manipulation.
  • The wallet option is recommended in case you are comfortable with blockchain and crypto-money manipulation. We offer two wallet choices: MetaMask or Coinbase, depending on your preferences.

2- Put enough crypto-money on your wallet:

Verify the type of crypto-money you need for your investment in the project's window on our marketplace, then send the necessary amount of crypto-money to your wallet.

3- Invest:

Click on “Invest”.

(!) Before starting any transaction, make sure your wallet is connected and has enough crypto-money for the intended investment.

Once you click “invest”, you have two choices: either proceed by credit card, or a cheaper alternative by investing through crypto-money. Here's a detailed step-by-step for both choice 👇

Using a credit card:

1- Agree to Terms and Conditions:

Start by reading and accepting the general conditions, then click “continue”.

2- Set-up:

Insert your phone number, then enter the code you will receive.

3- Starting Verification:

Provide your payment info, ID, and some personal data. after verification, you will have a weekly limit up to $10,800 for crypto, and $21,600 for NFT.

4- Follow the next steps displayed on the screen.

💻 How to subscribe on Coinbase.

1- Visit the Coinbase Website:

Open your preferred web browser and navigate to the Coinbase website at https://www.coinbase.com/.

2- Sign Up:

Click on the "Sign Up" button, located in the top right corner of the webpage.

3- Create Your Account:

Fill in the required information, including your first name, last name, email address, and a  password of your choosing.

(!) Ensure that you use a strong password to secure your account.

4- Agree to Terms and Conditions:

After filling in your details, you will likely need to agree to Coinbase's terms and conditions. Make sure to read through them.

5- Verify Your Email:

Coinbase will send a verification email to the address you provided. Open your email inbox, find the verification email, and click on the verification link.

6- Identity Verification:

  • Once your email is verified, you may be prompted to verify your identity. This is a standard procedure for most cryptocurrency exchanges to comply with regulations.
  • You might need to provide a photo of your ID (driver's license, passport, or other government-issued ID) and take a selfie to verify your identity.

7- Add a Payment Method:

  • After verifying your identity, you'll need to link a payment method. Coinbase supports various methods such as bank accounts, credit/debit cards, and wire transfers.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to add your preferred payment method.

8- Secure Your Account:

Set up two-factor authentication for an added layer of security.

(!) Be cautious of phishing attempts and only use official channels to access Coinbase.

💰 How to create a Coinbase wallet.

Once your account on Coinbase is fully set, it is time to create your coinbase wallet.(!) If you still don't have an account, make sure to create one by following the instructions in the section above, then come back here and let's set your wallet together!

1- Access Your Coinbase Dashboard:

After completing the setup and verification steps, you will be redirected to your Coinbase dashboard.

2- Locate the "Wallet" Tab:

In the dashboard, find and click on the "Wallet" tab. This is where you can manage and view your various cryptocurrency wallets.

3- Create a New Wallet:

Depending on your region and Coinbase's features at the time, you may have the option to create different wallets for various cryptocurrencies. Look for an option like "Create Wallet" or "Add a New Wallet."

4- Back Up Your Wallet:

At this level, you will get 12 words that will act as your seed phrase (very important, personal, and shall remain hidden and secret at all times). Make sure to write down these words in the same order that they were given to you in, and keep that paper safe and accessible whenever you have a transaction to make. It is highly mandatory to save this sequence of 12 words and to refrain from sharing them with anyone!  

5- Create Password:

Create a strong password for your wallet and refrain from sharing it with anyone. Then, make sure to read and agree to the terms and privacy policy, and click “Submit”.

6- Your Wallet is Ready!

Once you've completed these steps, your new wallet should be created. You can now use it to receive, store, and send the specific cryptocurrency associated with that wallet.
